The Dishwasher at Tohkomeupg - Camp for Boys helps to provide meal service to residential campers and camp staff throughout the summer camp season. This is a high-paced kitchen environment providing 3 meals a day on most days. The Dishwasher works as part of the kitchen team, and under the direct supervison of the Head Cook.
Responsibilities Include:
Washing and cleaning all dishes and maintaining a clean, organized ‘dish area’, stocking, wrapping pre-cooked baked items, cleaning, working together in a team environment to bring the best service to our customers.
Working directly alongside other kitchen employees (prep, baker, short-order cooks) and helping them to maintain and stock our service area. (Ex. Taking out the trash, fetching food to be prepped.)
Helping to maintain our lodge area (Trash, cleaning and sanitizing tables, checking bathrooms.)
Sweeping and Mopping
