Pay: Competitive rates £17.03 - £20.05 ph + overtime opportunities
Location: Westhoughton
Shifts: 12 Hour Days, Nights, Weekends & Overtime Available
Adecco are building a talent pool of Manufacturing Assistants for future temporary ongoing opportunities with our valued client in Westhoughton.
Due to continued movement and progression within the business, opportunities regularly become available across a range of manufacturing and production departments. We are looking to identify reliable, hardworking candidates now so that, once vacancies arise and all pre-employment checks are completed, suitable candidates can be considered for available positions.

What You'll Be Doing
Duties can vary depending on the department but may include:
Supporting production and manufacturing operations
Working on production lines
Operating machinery and equipment safely
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving, storing and locating stock
Racking and de-racking materials
General housekeeping and maintaining high workplace standards
Disposal and removal of production waste
Cleaning and maintaining machinery, including print presses and shotblast equipment
Following strict health, safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and overtime when required
Ability to work safely in a busy production environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
A stable employment history
Important Information
These roles form part of an ongoing recruitment pool and are not linked to an immediate start date. Successful applicants will be invited to complete a comprehensive 5-year background and security clearance process.
Once clearance has been successfully completed, candidates will be considered for future vacancies as they arise through business growth, internal progression and changes in operational requirements.
