Packhouse Operative
Location: Evesham
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 6:00am–3:00pm weekend availability required

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Packhouse Operatives to join a busy fresh produce operation in Evesham.
You’ll be working as part of a team preparing fresh fruit and vegetables for packing and dispatch. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork and a strong work ethic are important.
Your main responsibilities:
Weighing and quality-checking fresh produce before packing
Packing products accurately and efficiently
Preparing customer orders for dispatch
Packing products into boxes and crates
Palletising completed orders
Keeping your work area clean and tidy throughout the shift
Following food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures
Working to production and order deadlines
What we’re looking for:
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Able to work at a fast pace
Comfortable working as part of a team
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Available to work weekends
Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required
Previous packhouse, food production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
