About the Role
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our team on a bank and flexible-shift basis, supporting clients with complex healthcare needs across London, Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Watford and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants who have experience providing safe, person-centred care to individuals with complex medical needs and who are confident working in community and home-care settings.
Key Requirements
You must have previous hands-on experience with tracheostomy care.
Experience with the following is also highly desirable:

Tracheostomy care and management
-
Ventilator care
-
PEG feeding
-
Complex clinical care
-
Monitoring and recognising changes in a client's condition

Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities

Following individual care plans and clinical guidance

Maintaining accurate care records

Working effectively with families, healthcare professionals and wider care teams
About You
We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who are:

Experienced in complex care

Confident and competent with tracheostomy care

Reliable, professional and compassionate

Able to work independently while following care plans and clinical guidance

Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts

Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Comfortable supporting clients in their own homes and community settings
