Looking for Call Center Sales Representatives!
Are you ready to take your sales skills to the next level? We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our dynamic call center team and drive results like never before. Our office is located in Knoxville, TN and we are looking for someone who is available to start ASAP! This is an onsite position and is currently offering evening shift hours.
Our client is a leader in the security industry and our Call Center Sales Representatives will be assisting new members in the enrollment process. Agents will need to be comfortable asking probing questions to understand the member’s need, discussing different plan options that are available, educating the customer on the benefit of their offerings, and following a script!
Job Title: Call Center Sales Representative
Start Date: May 27th
Pay Rate: $13-19/hour (Paid Weekly!)
Available Shifts: Requires agents to work Monday through Saturday (Will have Sunday and 1 Weekday off each week!)
2:45pm to 11:00pm
3:00pm to 10:00pm
4:00pm to 11:00pm

Proven customer support experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent interpersonal, organization, presentation and communication skills
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Sales experience
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
Ability to upsell, remain calm and professional under pressure
Good organizational and time management skills
Must be computer literate and able to navigate on-line portals
Ability to type 25 WPM
