Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annually plus commission

Summary:

Our company engages in the sale, manufacturing, and distribution of metal building components and packages. With a trajectory of growth since 2002, we now boast a presence in over 8 locations across the southern region. An exciting opportunity awaits in our Chattanooga location.
We are currently seeking a customer-focused outside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Here is what you will be Responsible for (but not limited to):
* Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
* Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
* Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
* Conduct 6-8 customer visits per day within assigned territory.
* Maintain a 2-week route plan to optimize sales opportunities.
* Communicate effectively with the inside sales team and document customer interactions.
* Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.
The Most Qualified Individuals will have:
* One year experience in Outside Sales
* Background in construction/roofing related field
* Bilingual in Spanish (Not Required)
* Advanced Computer Skills
* Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)

Monday through Friday schedule 7:30am to 5:00pm (Occasional weekend Events)
