Multi-Trader – Suffolk
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk (IP3)
Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card
An established property maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join their team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across residential properties throughout Suffolk.
Offering long-term work, a company van and fuel card, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
Duties

Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance works.

Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating.

Undertake repairs within occupied and void properties.

Deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Complete work safely and efficiently.

Maintain accurate job records.
Requirements

Previous Multi-Trader experience.

Experience within social housing, repairs or refurbishment.

Good all-round trade skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Ability to work independently.
