Parts Administrator – Swinton
Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic
Hours - Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, (Usually 8am – 5pm but can be flexible if you want to do 8:30am – 5:30pm. The earliest you can start is 7:30am & latest you can finish is 5:30pm)

Inputting and processing parts invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Locating parts in manufacturer parts catalogues for repair jobs, including identifying additional one-use parts (e.g. gaskets, seals, clips) required to complete a job correctly.
Managing stock levels across different brands, ensuring the workshop has the parts it needs when it needs them.
Managing surcharge returns and warranty part returns in line with manufacturer procedures.
Preparing and picking parts for work-in-progress (WIP) quotations and warranty repairs, liaising with technicians and the Workshop/Service Manager as needed.
Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting general administration within the Parts department.Parts Advisor Requirements:
Full UK driving license
