About the Apprenticeship
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the scaffolding industry. Working alongside experienced scaffolders, you'll gain hands-on experience while working towards your CISRS Scaffolding Apprenticeship, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified scaffolder.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding.

Learn to read scaffold drawings and follow site instructions.

Work safely under the guidance of experienced scaffolders and supervisors.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

Attend college and complete all apprenticeship training requirements.

Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) procedures.

Attend toolbox talks and site briefings.

Develop practical skills and industry knowledge to achieve your CISRS qualification.
Essential Requirements

A genuine interest in pursuing a career in scaffolding.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Good work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.

Ability to work at height and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
