We’re partnering with a well-established, family-run distributor of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment to recruit an internal sales / customer service representative for their growing UK team.
With over 40 years in the industry and an annual turnover of £8M–£10M, this business is renowned for its exceptional customer service, product expertise, and strong supplier relationships. They serve mechanical and electrical contractors and HVAC professionals nationwide, offering a flexible, responsive service within a supportive, family-style culture.
The Role

Customer inquiries and order processing

Sales support / business development with existing clients

Product knowledge would be preferred but isn't essential

Co-ordinate with internal teams and suppliers

Dealing with any customer returns

Liase with the warehouse team to produce accurate stock levels and timely deliveries

Maintain accurate information on the CRM system

Prepare sales reports

Package & Benefits

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000

Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee
