We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
Accurately log calls and update customer records on our CRM system
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Process orders, returns, and complaints in line with company procedures
Maintain a professional and positive manner at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role (preferred but not essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Confident using computer systems and standard office software
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple queries at once
Punctual, reliable, and a great team player What We Offer
