Assembly Operative
Salary: £25,836 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)
Location: Nottingham -On-site (free parking available)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assemble products to a high standard, follow work instructions accurately, and help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble products using hand tools and small components.

Follow work instructions, drawings and specifications.

Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

Work efficiently as part of a team to achieve production targets.

Comply with all health and safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production or a factory environment is desirable but not essential.
