Health & Safety Administrator
Location: Cirencester
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days working from home
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Health & Safety Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous health and safety administration experience, or someone who has supported a health and safety function in another industry, and is looking to further develop their career. Working as part of a supportive HSEQ team, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records and supporting a wide range of health and safety activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Health & Safety team.

Maintain accurate health and safety records, documentation and compliance trackers.

Coordinate audits, inspections and compliance activities.

Monitor and update HSEQ systems, databases and records.

Prepare reports, meeting packs, minutes and compliance documentation.

Support accident, incident and near-miss reporting and investigations.

Manage training records, certifications and compliance documentation.

Coordinate PPE ordering, stock control and equipment records.

Assist with ISO audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support environmental, sustainability and quality projects.

Liaise with employees and managers to provide health and safety administrative support.

Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
About You

Previous administration experience within a Health & Safety, HSEQ or compliance environment.

Candidates with previous experience supporting a Health & Safety function in another industry will also be considered.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.

A positive, professional and collaborative approach.
