Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 2pm - 11pm | Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home
Location: City of London - Amazing office with free breakfast and lunch.

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing financial services business for a Customer Service Advisor to join their London customer support team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers dealing with their accounts, payments and transactions - work that carries real responsibility and gives you exposure to a regulated environment from day one.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound calls from customers about accounts, payments and transactions
Resolving queries first time where possible, and escalating appropriately where not
Accurately recording customer information and case notes on internal systems
Investigating issues and following them through to resolution
Identifying and supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances in line with company policy
Working to internal procedures and regulatory standards on every interactionWhat you'll need
Customer service or contact centre experience (financial services background welcome but not essential)
Clear, confident communication and genuine listening skills
Strong attention to detail - accuracy matters in a regulated environment
Comfortable picking up new systems and software quickly
Able to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Availability to work the 2pm - 11pm shift patternWhat's on offer
