Protocol Education is looking for full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming Primary Schools and Specialist SEN settings across Bury St Edmunds. What you'll be doing
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Helping children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and complex learning difficulties to access education with confidence.
Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
Working alongside dedicated teachers, SENCOs and therapists to provide the best possible support.
Encouraging independence, celebrating progress and creating moments that can genuinely change a child's future.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
