Quality Assurance Warehouse Operative
Location: Reading
Contract Type: Temp | Monday to Friday | 08:30- 17:30
We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in Reading. This role is suited to someone with strong attention to detail, previous warehouse or quality checking experience, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a repetitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Complete daily quality checks on incoming packages.
Verify labels match delivery notes and are correctly positioned.
Ensure all received packages are accounted for and placed into the correct cages for dispatch.
Support general warehouse duties throughout the day.
Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts where required (desirable).Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience carrying out quality checks within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
Good organisational skills and accuracy.
GCSE English Grade C/4 or above.
Desirable
Counterbalance and Reach forklift certification.
