Parts & Trade Counter Advisor

The Role
Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the trade counter and showroom.
Your duties will include:
Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email.
Identifying and supplying the correct parts and products.
Selling parts, hardware, clothing and groundcare equipment.
Supporting workshop technicians with parts identification.
Receiving deliveries and processing customer orders.
Maintaining a tidy, well-stocked showroom.
Processing payments accurately and efficiently.About YouYou'll have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
A full UK driving licence.Desirable:
Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural or groundcare machinery and parts.
Previous parts, trade counter, retail or showroom experience.
Sales experience within the agricultural or groundcare industry.What's On Offer
