Hours: The role operates across the following shift patterns: Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm

About the role:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Inventory Controller to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with our customer service team and will be responsible for managing all inventory control related activities.
This role is key to maintaining stock accuracy and integrity across the operation, ensuring efficient stock control processes.
As our Customer Inventory Controller you will:
- Support the maintenance of stock accuracy and integrity through the effective use of Warehouse Management Systems
- Daily picking & packing of finished goods.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring deliveries are logged and stored correctly.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Provide support to colleagues and carry out any additional duties requested of you as and when required.
- Create commercial invoices for export shipments.
- Book in Raw material and Merchandise stock.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- FLT Licence or experience of – Reach, counterbalance, Bendi. (Training provided)
- Have an understanding of SAP and inventory control / management systems.
- Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel & Word
- Good level of numeracy & literacy.
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience within a busy manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Experience of administration/record keeping.
- Exposure to quality, health, safety and environmental standards and practices within a production setting.
