Paint Plant Operative
Location: Hixon
Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
Shift Times: 07:00 -17:00
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Paint Plant Operative to join our team in Hixon. This is a hands-on role within our paint plant, assisting with the hanging and unhanging of parts throughout the painting process to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities

Hanging components onto paint line fixtures prior to painting.

Unhanging painted parts and preparing them for the next stage of production.

Inspecting parts for quality and reporting any issues.

Following production schedules and work instructions.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Supporting the wider production team as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Is comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Can work effectively as part of a team.

Is reliable and punctual.
Experience within a paint plant or a similar role would be an advantage; however, we would also welcome applications from candidates with relevant manufacturing experience who are keen to learn and develop.
