We are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our client's busy catering team in Basildon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Serving food and beverages to customers

Assisting with food preparation and presentation

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Operating tills and handling payments where required

Restocking food and beverage areas

Following all food safety and health & safety procedures

Supporting the wider catering team with daily duties
Requirements:

Previous catering, hospitality or food service experience is desirable

Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Food hygiene knowledge is advantageous but not essential
