MacGregor Black are partnering with a confidential, market-leading food manufacturer to recruit an NPD Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative business, supporting the NPD team with sample preparation, product trials, shelf-life testing and day-to-day development activities. You'll play an important role in bringing new products from concept to launch while working closely with Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare customer samples and manage the NPD kitchen.

Coordinate shelf-life testing and record results.

Support Concept and Process Technologists with product development activities.

Maintain accurate product documentation and specifications.

Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation.

Assist with market research and wider NPD projects.
What We're Looking For

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience within food manufacturing or NPD is advantageous but not essential.
