Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workshop Assistant to support our vehicle technician team with general shop floor organisation, cleanliness and hands on labour. The ideal candidate will possess a good eye for detail, take pride in their work and have the ability to pre-empt the needs of the workshop team and business as a whole. This role also offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and learn on the job. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
Duties Include but not limited to:

Helping our team build and fit our custom coffee vans

Assisting with basic carpentry and joinery tasks

Washing and preparing vehicles for conversion

Sorting incoming deliveries and putting materials in the right place

Keeping the workshop tidy and organised

Moving vans around the yard

Occasional deliveries or collections in the company vans

Learning to fit LPG systems and other components (full training provided)
Ideal Candidate:

Some experience or interest in carpentry, joinery, or vehicle work

Willing to listen, learn, and take direction

Positive attitude and good attention to detail

Reliable and takes pride in their work

Must have a full manual UK driving licence

Must be over 21 years old and have held a full UK driving licence for 2+ years (for van insurance purposes)
