Our client, a fast-growing organisation in Guildford, is seeking a Temporary German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused organisation.

Competitive hourly rate (£14)
Temporary position initially for one month, with potential for extension
Full-time working hours (9am - 5.30pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming contacts from German customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and accuracy
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Be a Brand Ambassador for the organisation, representing their values and commitment to excellent service
Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent German written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset, always striving to go above and beyond
Prior experience in a customer service environment is preferred
Affinity with technical product support is a plus
