Job Title: Production Assembly Operative
Location: Redditch
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: £12.71

We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembly Operative to join our clients growing team.
Main duties:

Using engineering drawings to assemble products.

Using hand and power tools in relation to the assembly.

To follow the companies predefined quality procedures, to ensure a robust product is produced to meet the customer’s expectations every time.

To follow the companies work to list, must be willing and able to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

Experience working in a similar assembly role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous (training provided).

Good English speaking and writing.

Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.

Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities.
