We’re looking for an individual to join our growing property maintenance team to help with quotes for our customers. This is a field-based role where you’ll visit multiple residential and commercial properties across London in a day to help quote maintenance and refurbishment works.
Responsibilities include:

Attend appointments at residential and commercial properties across London.

Assess maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works.

Measure up jobs and identify the labour time and materials required.

Complete quotations using our mobile app immediately after each visit.

Take clear photographs and notes to support every quotation.

Discuss labour rates or material costs with your supervisor if you’re unsure before submitting a quote.

Provide a professional and friendly experience for every customer.
