Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday plus 1 Saturday per month).
Salary: Starting at £26,500 per annum

The Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a supportive, professional, and worry-free experience at every stage. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Multichannel Contact: Engaging with customers professionally via inbound and outbound telephone calls, email correspondence, and SMS.

Account Management: Proactively managing existing accounts, resolving customer queries, and establishing sustainable, mutually beneficial repayment strategies.

Vulnerability Support: Confidently supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances, offering empathetic, tailored solutions (full training is provided).

Database Management: Maintaining accurate, detailed customer records on the business’s state-of-the-art servicing platform.
