Key Responsibilities

Arrange empty and loaded container restitutions with shipping lines and upload empty containers to the systems.

Electronically file documentation within company asset folders.

Answer incoming telephone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

Liaise with drivers to provide support and resolve operational issues.

Prepare and distribute weekly job packs for drivers.

Produce and maintain customer KPI reports.

Search, organise and file delivery Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.

Monitor container landing times, check PINs and release information, and notify customers of any delays or issues.

Monitor booking emails and input jobs that are not received.

Process service and MOT documentation in line with industry standards and company procedures.
Previous Skills & Experience:

Previous experience within a transport, logistics or supply chain environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
