We are recruiting for a Production Operative – Part Marking to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Operative:
Mark aerospace components using approved marking equipment and processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
Carry out visual inspections to ensure markings meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure full traceability.
Handle components carefully to prevent damage during the marking process.
Follow health and safety procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing deadlines.What you will need for the Production Operative role:
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Comfortable following detailed work instructions and procedures.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Experience within aerospace, engineering, or precision manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.What you will gain if you are succesful in the Production Operative role:
