Multi Trade Team – Voids (Price Work)
Location: Bromley
Rate: Price Work – £750–£3,000 per property (depending on property size and schedule of works)
Contract: Ongoing
Start: Immediate
We're looking for experienced Multi Trade Teams to work on a busy social housing voids contract across Bromley.
This is a price work role, ideal for teams who can work efficiently while maintaining a high standard. Typical earnings are £750–£3,000 per property, with a consistent pipeline of work available.
The Role:

Full refurbishment of void social housing properties

Carrying out all internal and external works required to bring properties back to lettable standard

Everything covered except gas and electrical works

Working from a schedule of rates on a price work basis

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Typical Works Include:

Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)

Plumbing repairs and sanitary ware

Kitchen and bathroom fitting

Plastering and patch repairs
-
Tiling
-
Painting and decorating
-
Flooring and vinyl
-
Door, lock and ironmongery replacements

General repairs and snagging
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working on social housing voids

Own van and tools
-
Ability to complete properties independently and to programme

Full UK Driving Licence

CSCS card preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality of work
