CCS are seeking a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner on behalf of an Outstanding Ofsted-rated primary school in the Borough of Stockport.

Working Hours
Key Responsibilities

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas.

Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.

Dusting and wiping surfaces, furniture and fixtures.

Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms and replenishing consumables.
-
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
-
Cleaning windows, doors and internal glass where required.
-
Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the school.

Locking/unlocking designated areas as required.

Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.

Following all school health and safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.

Working independently and as part of the cleaning team to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
Essential Requirements
-
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Good understanding of hygiene and health & safety practices.

Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service.

Right to work in the UK.
