Salary: £14-20 per hour depending on experience

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator to become part of a busy and supportive office team. The role is initially until October half term, with the possibility of continuing beyond this.
The Role
As the School Receptionist, you will:
Be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff.
Manage the school's busy reception area, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to email enquiries.
Carry out a range of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school office.
Maintain accurate pupil records and assist with attendance administration where required.
Support the wider administration team with day-to-day office tasks.The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous school-based receptionist or administrative experience (essential).
Is confident using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom (desirable).
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment.
Has a professional, approachable and positive attitude.What We Offer
