Sales Support Administration
Location: Knaresborough
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours, plus Saturdays on a pro-rata basis
Salary: £25,600 basic salary + OTE £30,000
About the Role
Our client in Knaresborough is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. This is far more than a traditional administration position – you'll play a vital role in driving sales through to completion, ensuring an outstanding customer journey from approval through to payout. Working closely with internal teams and utilising the company's CRM system, you'll manage multiple live cases, maintain momentum throughout the sales process, and build strong relationships with customers and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive deals from approval through to payout, ensuring progress is maintained at every stage.
- Manage multiple live cases within the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with customers and external partners to meet key deadlines.
- Keep customers informed and engaged throughout their journey.
- Resolve issues and overcome objections to maximise sales completion.
- Build trusted customer relationships and enhance the company's reputation.
- Provide clear and compliant guidance in line with regulations.
- Support inbound calls when required and direct enquiries efficiently.
