We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work within welcoming and supportive specialist schools across West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain valuable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs while making a genuine difference to their education and development.
You will be supporting pupils with:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
ADHD
Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties
SEMH
Complex medical and physical needs
The role includes:
Providing classroom support.
Delivering targeted interventions.
Encouraging independence and communication.
Supporting personal and emotional development.
Assisting with sensory and therapeutic activities where required.We welcome applications from experienced Learning Support Assistants, graduates, carers and individuals with transferable skills.
