We are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Administrator to join a busy and friendly office on an approx three-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and can quickly become an effective member of the team.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.15am – 5.00pm and Friday, 8.15am – 12.45pm
Some flexibility can be offered on the working hours; however, the successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing inbound telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Responding promptly to emails and general enquiries.

Assisting with the transfer and input of data into a new CRM system.

Supporting the team with document management, filing and maintaining accurate records

Providing general administrative support across the business.

Undertaking any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous administration experience is essential.

Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Able to learn new systems quickly and work confidently with different software.

Experience using Apple Mac computers would be advantageous, but is not essential

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

A professional and confident telephone manner.

Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
