The role - Wallingford
• Taking minutes of meetings and action logs.
• Handling of sensitive and confidential information.
• Assist in the implementation of corrective action from incident investigations and
safety concerns where required.
• Supporting forums and working groups across the business.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Health and Safety SharePoint site.
• Documenting of management and process improvements across the business.
• Reporting and administering of QHSF platforms.
• Supporting in ensuring the safe systems of work are effective.
• Supporting the quality team in a wide range of administrative duties.
Main Duties:
Monitoring and maintaining the HSEF planner, including PPM’s, calibration,
inspections, routine servicing, statutory compliance checks, inspections etc)
• Monitoring and maintaining the facilities task schedule.
• Assist in obtaining quotations and raising purchase requisitions for services and
parts
• Co-ordinate and schedule routine servicing, inspections, and statutory
compliance checks as per the planner.
• Facilitating in the training of Risk assessments, COSHH assessments and
general HSE awareness as per the training directive.
• Monitoring and maintaining registers for lifting equipment, forklift trucks,
calibration, assets etc.
• Maintain approved contractor records, RAMS, contractor permits, service records
and insurance documentation.
• Arrange contractor visits and ensure permits to work are completed where
required.
