An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Factory Operative to join an established manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can contribute effectively within a production environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Sanding, rubbing, and masking painted products and components
Preparing stencils and jigs for production activities
Applying markings and identification details to products
Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
Following quality standards, procedures, and work instructions
Maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements
Carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised workplace
Reporting maintenance, safety, or quality concerns where appropriate
Assisting with general factory and production tasks as required
Completing work to agreed production schedules and targets
Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departmentsBeneficial Skills / Qualifications:
