Prism 7 Resourcing are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our client based in Billericay (CM11), working within the Refuse & Recycling Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping active, and being part of a hardworking team providing an essential service to the local community.
What's on offer?
The Role
As a Refuse Loader, you'll be working alongside the collection crew on planned refuse and recycling routes across the Basildon Borough.
Duties include:

Collecting household refuse and recycling

Loading bins safely onto collection vehicles

Working as part of a team to complete daily routes

Providing a reliable service to local residents

Following all health & safety procedures
What we're looking for

Someone who can carry out manual work throughout the day

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexible with finishing times, depending on the day's route
