The Role
As an Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring processes run smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and colleagues alike.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be managing documentation, supporting internal teams, handling customer-related administration, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Processing and managing a wide range of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Supporting colleagues and internal departments to achieve business objectives and service standards.
Delivering excellent customer service through the administration of policies and customer requirements.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Following internal procedures and regulatory processes at all times.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and FCA regulations.
Assisting with complex customer, policy, and administrative queries.
Working collaboratively within a proactive and supportive team environment.About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and passionate about providing first-class support.
You'll have:
Previous administration experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confidence using a variety of IT systems and software.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries.
