Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering accurate work? We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Warehouse Administration Team in Swadlincote.
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring documents are processed accurately and efficiently. Depending on business requirements and your strengths, you will work within one of our key operational areas: Prepping, Scanning, Export, or Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities
Prepping
Prepare documents for digital processing by removing staples and clips, straightening pages, and organising files.
Sort and categorise documents accurately to ensure they are ready for scanning.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the preparation process.
Scanning
Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitise documents.
Classify and index scanned files correctly.
Verify barcodes and reference numbers to ensure complete data accuracy and integrity.
Export / Quality Control
Review scanned documents for accuracy and compliance.
Verify information and ensure files meet quality standards.
Organise and file documents in the correct numerical sequence.
Maintain accuracy and consistency to support timely delivery of products and services.
What We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Reliable, motivated, and able to follow procedures consistently.
Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 15kg.
Comfortable working at height and within enclosed spaces.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Hours & Pay
Night Shift
Monday to Thursday | 5:00pm – 4:00am
(Flexibility required as start and finish times may vary by up to one hour based on business needs.)
£13.00 per hour (5:00pm – 10:00pm)
£14.75 per hour (10:00pm – 4:00am)
Weekly pay
40 hours per week
Day Shift
Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm
(Flexibility required as start and finish times may vary by up to one hour based on business needs.)
£12.75 per hour
