The Role:
An established and growing construction business is looking to appoint a Document Control Assistant to join its busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional with document control experience who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and processes.
Working alongside project and office teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring company documentation is organised, compliant and easily accessible, supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise, maintain and update company documentation and records
Manage both digital and physical filing systems
Maintain document version control and ensure compliance with company procedures
Support general office administration, data entry and correspondence
Distribute documentation to internal teams and manage document access
Assist with internal audits and retrieve records when required
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About You:
To be considered, you will have:
Previous experience in a Document Control role (essential)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, reliable and professional approach to your work
