We are recruiting for an Accounts & Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an office based role based in Brentwood in a well established and friendly company.
Key Duties:
Processing purchase orders
Supporting purchase and sales ledgers
Assisting with credit control
Bank reconciliations and banking transactions
Reconciling company credit cards
Answering and directing calls
General administration, filing and data entry
Supporting the Finance Director with reporting and ad hoc tasksAbout You:
AAT qualified or studying towards AAT or relevant experience
Strong Excel skills
Previous accounts experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
