What you will be doing
Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
Managing a busy reception area, ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional first impression.
Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor schedules.
Supporting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks.
Processing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Processing payments and carrying out basic cash handling duties where required.
Ensuring reception and communal areas are always presented to the highest standard.
Responding confidently to changing priorities in a busy, people-focused environment.
What we are looking for
Previous Front of House or Reception experience is essential.
A confident communicator with a naturally welcoming and professional manner.
Someone who enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service.
The ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems.
