Duties as Catering Tutor:
Delivering high-quality catering and hospitality training
Teaching food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety practices
Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based sessions
Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback and support
Supporting learners to achieve qualifications and employment outcomes
Promoting a safe, professional, and inclusive learning environmentIdeal Catering Tutor:
Previous experience within catering, hospitality, professional kitchens, food production, or a related industry (essential)
Strong practical knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds
