Production Operative – Afternoon Shift
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay rate: £14.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
Beyond Talent Solutions is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join an afternoon shift team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, producing high-quality components and supporting the smooth running of the production processes. Full training can be provided. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate a range of manufacturing equipment in line with production schedules and safety procedures.
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, carrying out inspections to ensure specifications are met.
Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns or production delays to the relevant team members.
Assist with the operation of various production processes and machinery, with full training provided where necessary.
Package, label and prepare completed products for storage or distribution.
Support inventory checks, material handling and other general production duties as required.
Work closely with the wider production team to achieve daily output and quality targets while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
