More about your role
You will lead the delivery, assessment and ongoing development of CIH programmes, helping learners build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve professional competence within housing. You'll deliver engaging classroom-based and blended learning across relevant housing and customer-focused topics, while monitoring learner progress and providing timely support to maximise outcomes. Working closely with employers, partners and internal stakeholders, you will help to contribute to the curriculum and programme growth and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery that supports learner success and progression.
This is a fixed term contract until June 2028.
This role is national with travel required to Derby and other sites when required.
Essential criteria
- Proven occupational experience within housing, social housing or housing services
- Strong understanding of housing practice, customer service, tenancy management and sector standards
- Experience managing relationships with employers, partners, learners or key stakeholders
- Holds a relevant housing, teaching or assessor qualification, or is willing to work towards one
More about you
You bring strong hands-on expertise in housing service delivery, you understand the requirements of compliance, safeguarding and quality standards, and can confidently track progress and implement improvements. You're comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, from employers to awarding bodies, and are motivated to create an inclusive learning environment. You will also have or be willing to complete any required teaching or assessor qualifications.
