Location: Dinnington
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.23 P/H
Contract: Temporary ongoing, with an immediate start available

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient and positive.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced contact centre environment.
Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
Accurately update customer records and document all interactions.
Liaise with engineers and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
Keep up to date with company products, industry regulations and internal procedures. We're Looking For
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
