Permanent – Part-time (24 hours per week) – Macclesfield – £28K pro rata

We are recruiting for a presentable and polite individual to join a well-established business based in Macclesfield as a receptionist and administration support. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who would like to work in a friendly office environment who is eager to learn and take on responsibilities.
Duties
· Meeting and greeting customers
· Signing guests in
· Offering refreshments
· Answering and transferring calls
· Administration duties such as scanning, photocopying, ordering office supplies, booking meetings and typing templated letters
· Onboarding new clients with training
· Ensuring reception duties are completed in a professional and organised manner
Requirements
· Operating telephones efficiently, ensuring calls are answered in a polite manner
· Maintaining a professional appearance as the first point of contact to represent the company
· Comfortable learning new skills and systems
· Display organisational skills and attention to detail
To be successful you must be a presentable and polite individual who can use phone systems effectively. You must also be willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities in the receptionist/administrator role.
