This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will receive full training on Sage and the firm's internal systems, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a professional services environment.
Salary & Benefits
£26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Role
Working as part of a busy accountancy practice, you will provide administrative support to the leadership team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Managing a busy shared inbox, responding to and processing in excess of 100 emails per day.
Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets using simple formulas.
Providing administrative support to a leadership team of approximately five people.
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Learning and using Sage and other internal systems (full training provided).
Assisting with general office administration and ad hoc duties as required.
Ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
Previous administration or office-based experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using simple Excel formulas.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
A professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
