Office Administrator / Audio Typist
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We are looking for an experienced and organised Office Administrator / Audio Typist to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Partner and the wider team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, has excellent typing skills, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to a Partner and team members.
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner.
- Audio typing and preparing, formatting, proofreading, and editing documents, reports, and letters.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Ensuring all documentation is produced to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and assisting with additional administrative tasks as required.
About You:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is essential.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, including audio typing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using office systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work independently.
