Job Opportunity: Production Factory Workers
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Pay Rate:
Aged 18+: £12.91 per hour
Under 18s: £11.03 per hour Shifts Available:
07:30 - 15:00 (includes paid breaks)
06:00 - 14:30 (includes paid breaks)
14:00 - 22:00 (includes paid breaks)Start Date: Immediate
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating Machinery: Run and monitor equipment used in baking and production
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards
Packaging: Safely package and label finished goods ready for distribution
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to hit production targets
Maintaining Safety: Keep your workspace clean and follow all health & safety procedures What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
A real team player with a positive attitude
